AFAA

I have been waiting about a year to take this step! I finally registered to take my Group Fitness Certification test. I studued the books and guides for about 6 weeks and then it was time for my test in San Diego. I just found out that I passed so now I am officially certified to teach Group Fitness! I have already had a first interview and an audition at LA Fitness so I am keeping my fingers crossed for a teaching spot at least a few days a week.

Gavin starts Soccer!!!

This is Gavin's first activity ever. His November birthday made him too young for just about everything else this year. We were excited to start soccer. He has been improving so much! His first game he was so timid and even cried a little because he wanted to go home. But today, he rocked!! He was aggressive with the ball and really got in there. He even got player of the game

First practice~September 9th

First Day of Dance~ Spetember 8th

We finally got Halle enrolled in dance classes. I wish I wouldn't have waited so long. She is taking tumbling, jazz, and ballet. That puts us at the studio 3 days a week... I'm officially never home!

End of Summer Bonfire

We tagged along with fruitvale ward for their end of Summer bonfire at the beach. It was realyy dark and difficult to see very far from where you were. The kids had all congregated around a big hole that they had been digging and then later i went to check on them and found this...
